Seeking Graphic, Shiny and Banner Makers

We're looking for people who would be willing to create the winner graphics and perhaps some winner banners for us since neither Sam nor I are the best at it. She can't see pictures and I get a headache staring at the computer for too long.

Any help would be appreciated! And before you ask, you will be credited for your work and given designer priveledges on the boards. If you're interested, reply here.

We're looking for images for weekly awards or such. Something simple but nice. Not the boring badges we currently have, courtesy of my not-so-good-with-image-self. LOL
